Hundreds of us are standing outside in the dead of night, waiting for answers, for dignity, and for accountability.
A colleague lost his life to this system, yet the Director refuses to even step outside and face us.
Silence is not an answer, and apathy will not make us leave. We are awake, we are united, and we will hold the line.
