Social media motivational speaker Stephen Akintayo is always in the news for the wrong reasons.
Last year, he was in the news for promising his mentees access to see God after they must have paid $20,000 for his mentorship.
This time around, he is in the news for owing his staff their hard-earned salaries.
From the screenshot flying around, the man does not like paying his staff their legitimate salary, so owing is normal to him and a sport.
To add salt to the injury, he reminds his long-suffering staff that they are working for a great man and should be honored that he is owing them.
The man even demands that all his staff, who he owe months of unpaid salaries, comment at least 30 times a day on his posts on social media.
The normal playbook of a narcissist
But in all these
I’m worried that a man I respect so much, a seasoned and shrewd entrepreneur, Cosmas Maduka (Coschsris), has not cut the charlatan off from his circle.
Apparently the charlatan uses Coschsris's hard-earned social capital as leverage to perpetuate his scam.
That is why he publishes Coschsris images everywhere on his social media platforms as a way of validating his scam and to validate a reputation that he does not deserve.
Not too long ago, SEC Nigeria called Gtext, founded by Stephen Akintayo, a Ponzi scheme.
This is the more reason why our beloved and celebrated Coschsris should not allow this guy man to come close to him or use his social capital for his own gain
