Basically, seven of the dumbest/worst people following the Idaho4 case came into possession of leaked crime scene photos - they agreed not to discuss it publicly until they nailed down their origin.
Because of their inherent need for attention (which in turn generates money), a couple of them decided unilaterally to talk about it on their YouTube channels.
Now things have naturally devolved into a cat fight.
The most important takeaway here is that leaked crime scene photos almost certainly do exist.
The poster here is “accomplished_day” who mods a Proberger sub where people are free to attack surviving victims, the families of the murder victims, and accuse innocent people of murder.

They say that the FBI never said that Kohberger’s DNA was on the knife sheath - which ironically is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.
But here’s what these absolute dipshits don’t understand:
An organization performing IGG will NEVER say that DNA belongs to a particular person.
IGG is merely a tip, and cannot be used as evidence, and does not even provide probable cause for arrest.
The ONLY organization that can confirm the DNA belongs to a particular person is the CRIME lab making the 1-1 comparison (here the sheath and Kohberger’s buccal swab processed by ISP).
Building a family tree and narrowing down the possible contributors of a DNA sample does not allow you to say the DNA belongs to a particular person. LOL.
Payne was very clear about this - the FBI never said it was Kohberger’s DNA, which is EXACTLY what he should have said.
So we’ve got some incredibly ignorant “content creators” spreading complete nonsense, and their gullible sycophantic followers who just eat it all up.

On the day of Barry Morphew’s hit and run crash, he violated his bond restrictions by apparently picking up his daughter at the airport (his defense team admitted as much).
He was subsequently in the area of malls and hotels during the day, as well as at the location of the crash after that.
The state requested a warrant for his arrest, a hearing to be held (Tuesday), and for his bond restrictions to be tightened.
Thus far they have not made a specific request as to what exactly that means.

This is what they are pushing for currently, but they say that could change once they get the data from the GPS monitoring company:

The judge in the Barry Morphew case believes that he has likely violated his bond conditions. Without felony charges however, she does not have the power to unilaterally revoke his bond.
When and if the state files in that regard, they can seek to have his bond revoked.
For the time being, Barry is completely restricted to his home, and can only leave by calling 911 in a medical emergency.
A hearing will be held on an unspecified day next week.

For all the pain and suffering, Judi has lived a very interesting life.
Earlier she was talking about a doctor she was friends with, and when I looked her up I found out she performed the first kidney transplant in Illinois, and was the first woman chief of surgery at a US medical center.
Incidentally, she died 20 years ago today.
