Brokers sell securities they do not own with algorithms and use the same electronic system to steal wealth. The regulations are built to support an "Entitlement" ecosystem which tricks you into believing that you have "ownership" and "control" rights over your property. You don't have control at all because the bennificial ownership designation allows for the entitlement to be controlled by a financial institution using your name instead of the "asset" under your "custodianship" in your name or trust in which that allows you to control ownership of the asset.
The MMTLP scandal is real and the coverup is much worse than the crime.
MMTLP investors need a forensic audit of all Entitlements under financial institutional control and the Executive enforcement (POTUS) that supersedes the SEC's and any SRO's interference within its regulations via exemptions that aid in covering up these financial crimes.
