Spider Mike later gets probation for pulling a stop sign with his truck. • 2020: DA Mike Schmidt declined about 70% of protest cases referred by police and publicly said he would not pursue many riot/disorderly charges. • 2019–2021: Andy Ngo beaten by Antifa (hospital, brain bleed). He had to win it in civil court. • City paid $400k to Antifa activist Dustin Ferreira after 2020 riot charges were dropped. • Tommy Allen (TommyBoi) is accused of shoving Holly Brown on Sept 1 after she blocked him from filming. Fear mongering. Abortion is already codified in Oregon statute. It is legal at every stage. A governor cannot ban it. For Christine Drazan to ban abortion she would need all of the following: 1. A Republican (or willing) majority in the House and Senate to pass a repeal of ORS 435.210 / HB 2002 and the 2017 Reproductive Health Equity Act. 2. The votes to survive a veto — or Drazan signing the bill herself. 3. Or a successful statewide ballot measure rewriting those statutes. Oregon has never had a Republican trifecta. Democrats still hold both chambers. Drazan’s own record is that she would “follow existing law” and that she supports third-trimester limits — not a total ban by executive fiat. We have given Tina Kotek enough time to remove or correct her lie. So here’s the facts. Here’s the short version received last night from the person who actually coordinated the roundtable: “December: I’m an Oregon small-business owner who made a viral post about businesses drowning here. I emailed BOTH Kotek and Drazan asking them to meet with business owners. Kotek’s office directed me to an online contact form, which I also submitted. I never received a response. Drazan personally called me. We talked for about 45 minutes, which led to the Feb. 10 roundtable. Feb. 10: I co-hosted the roundtable just 8 days after unexpectedly losing my mom. About 10 business owners from different industries attended. We discussed taxes, payroll costs, regulation, permitting, land use and the realities of trying to operate and grow in Oregon. It was NOT presented to us as a fundraiser or donor event, nor did we donate a dollar to anyone! We brought coffee and donuts! That’s all we contributed to the meeting. Drazan listened and later brought issues we’d discussed into her legislative work. Yes, she missed SB 1527 while meeting with us. She was officially excused, the Senate passed it 29–0, and her vote could not have changed the outcome. She was back at the Capitol that afternoon. March: Drazan brought five of us to the Capitol and arranged 7 meetings with legislators. We learned how to testify and advocate directly. August: She followed up with the roundtable attendees. After reading my response, she personally called me again for about 30 minutes, helped me think through my development/permitting issue and suggested meeting with a county commissioner. I took her advice and have that meeting Sept. 23. So when Kotek’s campaign posted today that Drazan “skipped the vote to meet with business donors,” it pissed me off. I organized that room. We were business owners asking our government to listen—not people who showed up to write checks. The irony is that I invited BOTH of them to listen. Drazan called me. Kotek’s office never even responded. That’s the story I want people to know.” So once again, Kotek and her staff have lied to Oregonians. This wasn’t about “donors”-this was about hearing concerns. Something that Kotek can’t do because she would have to own up to her failures, there are many, and actually face Oregonians. If you’re a small business owner and you vote for Kotek then you are voting to seal your fate. If you want someone willing to listen and be available? Then Drazan is your candidate. This reads like an episode of “Succession”. May 2025 voters passed a $1.83 billion PPS bond to rebuild Cleveland, Jefferson, and Wells. December the board rammed through a $61.5 million deal with a Texas outfit called Procedeo. 5-2 vote. Bonuses if the schools open on time. Zero penalties if they don’t. Then they followed the firm’s advice and cut about half the in-house modernization staff. This week the outside auditor dropped a draft. Heightened risk of fraud. No real business case for handing the keys over. Overpayments already north of $762k because nobody was checking invoices. Relationship with the contractor isn’t arm’s length anymore. Board didn’t do its job, clearly. Today the Oregonian notes the senior project manager on the Cleveland rebuild has resigned and is raising more concerns about the same contractor. Oh and the superintendent’s daughter took a job with Procedeo-what luck that is!!! This is what “delivering for kids” looks like when nobody watches the money.
