New: A Dominion Voting technician has been identified as the person scanning Ware County GA ballots eight days after the 2020 election without the knowledge of the Ware Chairman of the Board of Elections. This information was provided to me yesterday by the Ware BOE chairman and election supervisor in a boardroom meeting following the closure of Fulgham v Ware Co. BOE where I sued for an explanation of double scanned ballots. After an unusual flip in candidate totals following the Ware hand count in 2020, a news reporter interviewed Ware Supervisor of Elections Carlos Nelson and reported that Nelson stated that 100 ballots were scanned twice by a Ware employee by accident. In January 2024 I provided evidence to Ware officials showing 100 Ware ballots were scanned for the second time on 11-11-2020. The Chairman informed me he had no knowledge of ballots being scanned on that date. I was told that I would need to sue for an explanation. So I sued and brought Ware officials to court. I presented text message evidence showing the chairman had informed me he had no knowledge of ballots being scanned on 11-11-2020. On 9-22-2026 Judge Muldrew recommended that Ware officials meet with me and answer my questions. That's when both the supervisor of elections and the chairman first acknowledged that Batch 35 was indeed scanned on 11-11-2020 by a Dominion Voting technician. According to analyst Phillip Davis, Batch 35 is a identical double scanned copy of Batch 11, which had been scanned 8 days prior. I presented this and more evidence in Fulgham v Ware in filings and in court. Davis is a mathematician and computer scientist who also provided evidence of double scanned ballots in SEB case 2023-025, where his work was confirmed accurate by @GaSecofState attorneys and investigators in regards to 3000+ now confirmed Fulton double scanned ballots. He has now identified 8,000+ statewide from 2020 from limited records because most digital records were prematurely destroyed. At the boardroom meeting on 9-22-2026 Ware officials told me that the Dominion Voting technician told them that he scanned Batch 35 to correct an error. NEW FOOTAGE FROM WILBER PEREZ ICE PURSUIT: An Austin security company just sent me exclusive surveillance footage of DHS pursuing Wilber Perez, the illegal Venezuelan who was shot by an ICE officer. New footage shows two DHS vehicles flashing their lights and blaring their sirens as they pursue Perez, who is speeding down the street in an attempt to flee. Perez initially stated that, “An SUV rode next to him and tried to hit him” stating that he thought it was, “an aggressive driver”. He then stated that ICE officials did NOT ask him to stop or turn on ANY lights or sirens until AFTER they had sideswiped him. This newly obtained footage appears to show that emergency lights and sirens had been activated while Perez fled. It also looks like the vehicle has zero damage at this point. This footage is from Sunday, Sept 20th at 12:45pm, right before the shooting occurred. Wilber Perez, an illegal alien from Venezuela, had a final order for removal and was in the country illegally ,which is why DHS was originally pursuing him.
