The bipartisan Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment Act will give more small and family-owned businesses a practical way to restructure debt, preserve jobs, and keep their doors open. By permanently restoring the threshold, we can give these businesses greater certainty and a fair opportunity to get back on solid footing.

🚨The House just passed my bipartisan Safe Cloud Storage Act! When a child is in danger, delays can have devastating consequences. The Safe Cloud Storage Act will modernize how law enforcement securely stores and processes digital evidence in child exploitation cases, helping investigators move faster, identify victims, and hold predators accountable. Protecting our children must always be our main priority, and today's passage is an important step forward in that fight.

✅ PASSED THE HOUSE: H.R. 7834, the Safe Cloud Storage Act. Championed by @RepLaurelLee, this legislation assures law enforcement is equipped with the most updated technology to combat child online exploitation.

MORE FRAUD AT ACTBLUE: New information produced to @JudiciaryGOP, @HouseAdmin, and @GOPOversight shows just how unserious ActBlue’s fraud-prevention practices are.  Accepting foreign donations in U.S. elections is ILLEGAL. ActBlue knows this, but repeatedly instructed its fraud prevention analysts to IGNORE red flags and “give the donor the benefit of the doubt” about contributions with foreign indicators. American elections belong to American citizens. The Committees will not stop pursuing the facts and working to make sure that our elections are only decided by Americans. The Supreme Court plays a vital role in our constitutional system: interpreting the law as written. When Congress disagrees with how a law is interpreted, the answer is to legislate, not to change the structure of the Court.

25 years later, we remember. We remember the lives taken too soon, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the courage of a nation that came together after unimaginable tragedy. We remember the families whose lives were forever changed and the first responders who answered the call without hesitation. 25 years have passed, but our promise remains the same. We will never forget.
