Its imam, Dr. Ihab Abdelgawad Al-Faidy, holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Theology from the notorious Al-Azhar University in Cairo, where he taught for nearly two decades. His doctoral dissertation? “Intellectual Security for Youth in North America.” Al-Faidy now leads the Aman Institute for Youth Intellectual Security. And in footage documented by RAIR, he tells a convert about Muslim chaplains who conducted Friday prayers and Islamic classes for soldiers on base. ⚠️ Now remember November 5, 2009 - the day he carried out the Islamic terror attack in the name of Allah.... Hasan prayed at this mosque that morning. Hours later, the U.S. Army major and psychiatrist opened fire at Fort Hood. HE WASN'T OUTSIDE TRYING TO GET IN. HE ALREADY WORE THE UNIFORM. That is why the larger history matters. The Muslim Brotherhood's own internal documents describe a long-term strategy of settlement and institutional penetration in America - what its 1991 Explanatory Memorandum called a “civilization-jihadist process.” RAIR has spent years documenting Islamic institutional expansion around American military installations and throughout other critical institutions.
