The Trump Admin has hidden the true costs of the President’s reckless Iran war since day one.   Americans deserve to know why their loved ones are risking their lives overseas. Taxpayers deserve to know what this war costs.

Sec. Driscoll’s resignation leaves the Army without its top civilian or uniformed leadership and its officer ranks gutted by Sec. Hegseth. The Trump admin’s infighting and culture wars have strained our military and impeded its ability to win on the battlefield.

U.S. tax dollars should not be misused by the Pentagon to boost Sec. Hegseth’s personal views or amplify his partisan political messaging. DOD exists to defend the nation, not to advance any partisan agenda. Congress must fully investigate this unlawful and unethical action.

The coming weeks will determine whether this ceasefire holds & real negotiations follow. But Trump’s catastrophic war is not at all justified by this weak outcome.   I’m calling on Trump Admin to immediately come before Congress. Answers & accountability must come next.

Trump’s new agreement doesn’t stop Iran from enriching uranium or developing nuclear components. Instead, it freezes the status quo to wait for ‘future negotiations.’ Meanwhile, Trump has agreed to immediately lift sanctions on Iran. Frankly, this is just gross negligence.

After 100+ days of war, Trump secured little more than an agreement to start talking about Iran’s nuclear program. Trump chose war instead of diplomacy, forced Americans to pay for it, & in return got a ‘deal’ objectively far weaker than the JCPOA he walked away from 8 years ago.
