She will likely live in fear for the rest of her life. What compensates her for that? There need to be consequences for the arrogant imbeciles who make these "mistakes". I think about Daniel Shaver and that had nothing to do with Flock cameras.

If this is the reality then apparently we don't have the 4th anymore. The only amendments we have are the ones we are willing to enforce.

We really need more amendments specifically addressing mass surveillance. And one that revokes qualified immunity for all law enforcement, federal, state, and local government officials. A lot of people need to be in jail for what they did to this woman.

This is why the state must be dissolved and all poperty owners who have footage along a road become part owners based on property footage along said road.

Bill of Rights doesn’t help if the police/courts are sloppy, intentionally or otherwise. Too many are actively hostile against it.

This is so fucked up! How the fuck can this even happen? We’re seriously on the verge of some minority report thought crime bullshit. Scary, this could happen to anyone

There has to be reform with teeth: force the police to actually do their work, and if they don't then they're blackballed for ever being in the entire justice system. This is just laziness. Flock told these people the cameras will do their work for them. So they go get whomever and sign their paperwork and throw them away. Easy! free real estate Meanwhile, THIS happens over and over. No actual evidence that THIS person did it, nor THIS person had any forensic evidence on the scene. They didn't collect forensic evidence. Flock will handle it all.

federal Bill of Rights isn't for the states. Each state has a constitution and probably a law protecting from this

No, see it’s ok because it’s a private company doing it

The police do not know the constitution and if they do they don't seem to care.

And the cops could probably care less about violating her rights. As long as they get to stalk women on flock cameras.

And this is why cops lives DON'T matter, nor do their rights.

This has nothing to do with the fourth amendment. The Supreme Court has ruled that you do not have an expectation of privacy in public places.

This is so disturbing. I hope she sues everyone involved… including Flock and its CEO.

The entire 'justice' system is corrupt. Judges, lawyers, DAs all conspire against your rights. You don't hate it enough yet
