So, how does he not know then suddenly knows on a diff text? But since the SBI had the rifle, then they could take a look at it. Then TR allegedly texted about the 2nd person of interest taken into custody, but the police didn't know what kind of clothes TR was wearing, no pics had been released to the public or any details on why he was arrested. How was that even possible for TR text info that was not released to the public? BOMBSHELL-RIFLE DIDN'T STAY HIDDEN THE "WOODED AREA" OVERNIGHT: Everything TR allegedly texted about police in the vicinity & K9 dogs late at night is all made up, since they found the rifle on 9/10/25 at 5:40pm, it wasn't left hidden in the "wooden area" overnight. The police activity would have died down quickly, since by 6pm they had notified everybody on the Police Radio Scanner to end the "shelter in place" lockdown. This would have increased traffic from UVU & the North Neighborhood to be obvious that something had happened. By 11pm, it should have been rather quite. Then from Sgt. Jennifer Faumuina's testimony we know the following: The wooded area & the weapon "~6 p.m. Sept 10, Washington County SO — searching on UVU security video of the suspect fleeing northeast off the roof and across Campus Drive — found a rifle wrapped in a dark towel in the bushes. Faumuina held the scene; she and the FBI Evidence Response Team (SA Michelle Mack) recovered it (Ex. 10, 10.1–10.3). The rifle: a bolt-action .30-06 (a Mauser-pattern rifle). Made safe: one fired cartridge case in the chamber and three unfired cartridges, all engraved (Ex. 19–20.2)." Jennier got the call at 6pm, they were on campus so easy to move to that site to properly process the rifle. Since it was approaching sunset, then they used a flashlight to take a photo of it (see attached). Candace didn't fight back with the fact that it was not in the woods, but found 5 hrs later on 9/10/25!

Trump later blocked a bill that cut off the water supply for her district, and now her son was just charged in a sex scandal, and she was just reported to the House Ethics Committee for allegedly having slept with three of her staffers.
