Toronto, Ontario
The statements "from the Minister" are from Kamal Khera from a federal Ministry *that no longer exists in Canada.* Khera was voted out 2025. Carney dissolved the Ministry of Disability Inclusion right after. How poetic. Copy paste, don't care about what disabled people face.

To clarify any misunderstandings about the current legislation: You not NOT have to be terminal to access MAID. Sole condition mental illness is coming March 17 2027, Mental illness is actively not something that disqualifies you – if you have it with other medical conditions.

Fact check: The Canadian MAID regime is currently for medical conditions including diseases, disabilities or illnesses. To pretend it's limited to solely "incurable diseases" ignores it is approved for medical conditions that are not terminal. 1/ canada.ca/en/health-canada/s…
Is it "normal" to force a person with an incurable disease to suffer for months or years? I think not.

Debunking racist MAID theory *once.* It is a fact that majority of MAID T1 users are older. (Whereas MAID T2 is primarily used by younger women) In Canada, the older age group is predominantly white. *Over 70%* More older deaths + more white seniors = more white senior deaths

@ServiceCanada_E explains the multiple x announced CDB/DTC one time $150 supplement. TLDR: There are different "scenerios" if you qualify. Only select people are receiving it on September 17th. Others will receive theirs in Winter 2027. Some may get both. See "scenerios" below:

I got this pamphlet in the mail from my federal MP Danielle Martin. An internationally recognized doctor who replaced Chrystia Freeland as MP. Using her position as a doctor in her campaign. However, *within* this pamphlet, something jumps out. Can you guess what it is? /1

London Ontario cop causes serious injuries to a disabled man in hospital involuntarily under the Mental Health Act. First and foremost: ACAB. Secondly: the MHA has long been an excuse for the system to torture disabled people as their human rights are taken from them.

Non-profit Rick Hansen, which government funds account for half of the revenue, admittedly doesn't do with funds what they tell the government they will do with it, leaving people with brain injury to fend for themselves. Gov to non-profit middle-manning disability $ is flawed.

But aside from all of the hypocrisy and omissions. The legislated destitution and coercion to die. Aside from all that: The changes regarding "illegal" social assistance recipients and those here on temporary basis again violates human rights Canada & Ontario swore to abide by.

It's not only disabled people who note the pressure & coercion with MAID organ donation. Experts too. In 2022, this was written in partnership the Canadian Donation & Transplant research program, and University of Ottawa Health, Law, Policy & Ethics. cdtrp.ca/wp-content/uploads/…
Replying to @Sarah_Colero
As you can see, the new guidelines said that once MAID T2 is brought up, regardless of eligibility, the patient should be approached about organ donation. This applies pressure to go through with MAID despite not being near death, give their organs to someone "more deserving"

Doug Ford said this in February of 2025. It was, of course, an empty threat. Doug Ford brings "the pain" to Ontarians through cuts, freezes, scandals and pure greed. cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/f…

Doug Ford's gov once again emailed ODSP recipients (connected to MyBenefits) to remind us of the miniscule ODSP annual increase "based on inflation" of *1.9%* ($26/month max) Meanwhile, Ontario rent increases 2.1% in this same fiscal year. It's how ODSP recipients stay buried.
Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)'s inflation increase for 2026 is 1.9%, or about $26/month maximum per single recipient. Bringing the maximum single amount to $1434/month to cover all expenses. Ontario 2026 rent increase? 2.1% Rent increases more than ODSP income...

At 35 years old after having to go to the US for diagnosis, Ontario refuses to fund her needed treatment, so all that's left is medical assistance in dying (MAID) This is MAID coercion we talk about. It's not that treatment isn't available, it's that the system prefers death.

how to accept that your brain was simply formed wrong during your most neuroplastic years and there’s no going back
