I really think people should take the time to watch this interview with Beatriz Villarroel and George Knapp. I have worked closely with Beatriz for a long time now, and today we work together almost every day. I know what she has been through because of her research and I have seen the pressure put on her. This is not only about scientific criticism. There have been personal attacks, attempts to damage her reputation and, as Beatriz describes in the interview, attacks involving her research data. And this is something we need to talk about. What happens when a scientist starts finding things that are difficult to explain and suddenly becomes a target? What message does that send to other researchers who might be interested in looking into the same questions? Of course people become afraid to enter this field if they see what can happen to their colleagues. Science must be allowed to investigate the unknown. Question the data, question the methods and question the conclusions. That is exactly what science is supposed to do. But trying to destroy the person behind the research is something completely different. I know Beatriz personally. I know how seriously she takes her work and I know how much pressure she has been under. But I also know that she will not stop asking questions. Please watch this interview. I’ve been thinking about something 🤔 When we talk about UAPs or civilizations that could be thousands of years ahead of us, I think we make a mistake. We always look at it from where we are today and from the technology we understand right now. But think about it. Go back 500 years and try to explain a smartphone to someone. Tell them that in 2026 we will have a small thing in our hand where we can see and talk to someone on the other side of the planet in real time. We can access information from all over the world in seconds. We can even talk to an AI. They would probably think you were completely crazy. But none of it is magic. We just learned how to do it. So what about 500 years from now? Or 10,000 years? Everything around us is made of atoms. A table, a tree, an animal, our bodies and our brains. Even our intelligence comes from this incredibly complex organization of matter. So I keep thinking, what happens if one day we actually learn how to control matter at that level? Not just move an atom in a laboratory, but really understand how to organize atoms and molecules, control their interactions with energy and give matter a function. If you had that knowledge and the technology to actually do it, what could you create? Maybe almost anything. You could imagine machines that are grown instead of built. Materials that can change. Technology mixed with biology. Maybe even a biological body created for a specific task. Maybe intelligence itself could be built into matter in ways we can’t understand today. I’m not saying this is what UAPs are. I don’t know. I’m just saying that maybe we should stop judging what is possible in the universe based on what humans happen to understand in 2026. We are limited by our knowledge and by our technology. Nature isn’t. Maybe a civilization 10,000 years ahead of us doesn’t build machines the way we do at all.
