I think people trade for the dopamine hit, for those types of people, they should have a separate smaller trading stack. Keep the larger hodl stack long term.

Wow rather than selling BTC at the $60 to $70k range, it is a better idea to increase your cashflow. So that, if BTC did hit $40 to $50k, you would have bought. Or, you can just borrow against your BTC at those low levels, and use the loan to buy more BTC while the price is low.
