Remember about 15 years ago when they filmed this guy and laughed at him for being inarticulate in a working class accent when he was saying that Muslim rape gangs were real and then it turned out later that actually he was 100% right and the police had been covering it up and participating and it was worse than anyone could have possibly imagined and the rape gangs became a massive public scandal?
I posed as a far right news reporter at an anti-migrant march where the locals were furious about jihadi Morris dancers, halal blood in the NHS and teaching Muslim in schools

What do you call 70,000 isolated incidents a year? 🤔
4 men arrested after a woman was gang raped in a car park in Swindon. The suspects are reportedly three migrant Muslims aged 21, 20 and one aged 19. Police have declared it an “isolated incident” 🤷‍♂️

In my tribunal meeting, the NHS hired a lawyer to scrutinise my online posts. Below is the one where I criticised this doctor. They asked me, “Why did you post it?” I said, “Because he’s keeping his job for removing women’s ovaries & I’m losing mine for supporting grooming gang victims.” The NHS management are scum.
Arab doctor removed two women's ovaries without their consent, without telling them and with no medical purpose. NHS gave him a talking to and he is still a doctor seeing young women today. In a healthy country he would be hung for this. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c9rk…

Art Deco died because we killed off our craft industry, the same ecosystem that fed the beaux-arts movement before it. I don’t think there’s a single book that tells the full history, but Damian seems to have compiled it in his head and we’re lucky when he shares it.
Art Deco didn't die from being exhausted, it got blacklisted. Its three main phases - Zigzag, PWA / Stripped Classical, & Streamline - weren't exactly sequential, they overlapped all throughout the 30s. But what happened after 1929 wasn't just that zig zag Deco became too expensive, it was evolving from the 'Return to Order' (WW1) beginnings towards a more robust machine age adapted classicism. Earlier funding collapsed from private elites to the state, and a more civic form emerged - Stripped Classical/Classical Moderne. It was transatlantic, global. The American WPA, PWA, democracies and authoritarian regimes across the West all embraced it because the goal was the same: instill optimism, civic-mindedness, and resilience. Put your skilled artists & artisans to work. It was seen as worthy recieving state funding for its public face - blending both classical & modern, a forward facing embrace between design, industry & craft. That more colorful zig zag form was made logistically difficult to revive after 29, then that difficulty was made permanent. Deco needed a 50-year Beaux-Arts ecosystem - terracotta kilns like Gladding McBean and Atlantic Terra Cotta, plasterers, metal foundries, carvers, mosaicists - & that ecosystem took two hits. The 29 crash bankrupted the firms & dissolved the apprenticeship pipeline, then the war shifted what was left to war industries. By 1948 a fully crafted lobby was hard to build like 1926 even if you wanted to. Hard isnt impossible. With a regular cycle craft revives with demand, but revival was blocked. Tax codes, FAR, federal budgets, and curtain-wall specs all rewarded flat, uncrafted surfaces, so there wasnt much incentive to maintain the ateliers. The firmest lockout was ideological. To make High Modernism the post-war approved standard, its promoters had to discredit what came before. Politically, Stripped Classicism was rebranded as "fascistic" because Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin had used identical forms. Culturally Deco, especially Streamline, was the 1930s World's Fair spirit: mass-produced household objects made beautiful, futuristic, optimistic, commercial & everyday. High Modernism was austere, 'European' & highbrow, it treated that populist optimism as kitsch. That created a self-fulfilling loop: disincentivize the decorative, let craft firms die, then accuse dead craft as proof decorative design is infeasible. Hence the narrative that Deco simply "fell from public taste" is fake. It was slowed by the war, logistically hollowed out by '48, then ideologically blacklisted afterwards - making way for [indirect] tacit state support through modernist capture this time with the opposite design ethos: (mid century)"modernism". The people never chose the glass modernist box over Deco. The people were simply never asked.

Got hit with a sudden $4,100 emergency room bill after an allergic reaction last month. Called the hospital billing department to request an itemized statement before paying. The representative said: "Sure, we can send that, but your account is currently coded under our self-pay hardship rate." Two days later, the itemized bill arrived in the mail. The total was suddenly $9,800. I called back confused. The rep said: "Requesting an itemized review removes the automatic self-pay discount. You are now billed at our standard chargemaster rate." A $5,700 penalty just for asking to see what I was being charged for. Medical billing isn't pricing. It’s a legal extortion racket where transparency costs you extra.

It's VERY IMPORTANT we hide away the disabled man from the awards ceremony regarding the film that goes into excruciating detail about how miserable his life has been due to his disability and how if we were all a bit more accepting and tolerant the world would be a better place.
After "I Swear" scored seven BAFTA Scotland nominations, the British Academy has said Tourette's campaigner John Davidson will watch the ceremony "via video link from a separate relaxed space within the venue." BAFTA and Davidson were at the center of controversy in February when he involuntarily shouted a racial slur at the Film Awards. variety.com/2026/film/global…

⚠️ OUTRAGEOUS LENIENCY ⚠️ They laughed as they filmed themselves taking it in turns to brutally rape a barely conscious 19YO young woman in a car park. It's taken 3 years for this poor woman to get justice - and today these two scumbags were handed JUST THREE YEARS PRISON EACH
⚠️ NORTHERN IRELAND: Two men who filmed themselves attacking an almost unconscious woman in a Dungannon car park are now delaying their own sentencing - claiming they suddenly "can’t understand English." Alcino Soares, 20, and Luis Dos Martins Mariano, 19, pleaded guilty to r-ping the woman, laughing as they took turns and filmed it. They were due to be sentenced last week - but the hearing collapsed and was pushed back 3 months after Soares insisted he needed a rare Tetum interpreter. This, despite Soares: • having several Facebook profiles in English • reading his police interview transcript in English • attending school in English • friends confirming he spoke fluent English • telling police: "She wanted it" and "I didn’t r-pe anyone. No way, man" • previously appearing in court with no interpreter Even Judge Richard Green called it out: "He appears to have communicated very well without an interpreter." Meanwhile, their victim - subjected to a horrific attack, described limp and "ragdoll-like" in the footage - must wait even longer for justice. ⁉️ Why are courts allowing dangerous offenders to stall justice with blatant interpreter games?

Fascinating how a Tory wet and various Labour backbenchers arrive at the exact same view of the rape gangs issue, completely nonplussed about what's actually at issue for the public. Have a listen. The gap is illuminated when he turns to discussing 'the big problems' - economics, international affairs, derelict public services - that the rape gangs narrative has displaced, in his view. All nice managerial challenges, demanding clever technocratic solutions. The public, meanwhile, appreciates that NONE of the big issues can remotely be resolved until the governing class is brought to heel, forced to reassume its sacred duty to the British people and to our national interest. So long as they are mentally borderless and in denial of our mutual duties, as a nation, they will subscribe to the types of liberal sacred cows that provided cover for the rape gangs. The public immediately spots the values behind the breakdown, the ones that drive it and make it inevitable. @RoryStewartUK can't. The rape gangs are a tangible evidence point, a token, that stands for a system that's cracked from top to bottom, with accountability fundamentally broken and elite values completely out of line with their duties to us. Yes, it's also a story about criminal gangs, and perhaps a story about the incompatibility of mirpuri clans with the British way of life. But fundamentally it's a story about how the British elite turned its back on its own electorate and refused to hear the whistleblowers when they blew their whistles, because the message was not one they wanted to hear. Mass rape was the direct product of the elite's fantasy of itself as a cosmopolitan astride the world stage, indifferent to country or people, owing allegiance only to the highest principles of human rights, not to the nation - just as Rory sees himself. Ironically, just as the people recognise this values gap with the elite, the elite itself has a narrative explaining the gap in the other direction - invoking the great satan of @ElonMusk. Since they're right, the only reason anyone could possibly think differently to them is low or mis-information. Like the Platonic guardian class they fancy themselves, as technocrats they know what the right thing to do is, but not how to get elected afterwards. Democracy is not safe in those hands.
'Is Elon Musk clear that a lot of grooming cases he talks about happened ten years ago?' Rory Stewart explains why he believes there are more important issues facing Britain than gangs of 'predominantly Pakistani Muslim men' grooming women and girls. The rape gang phenomenon is an ongoing issue, with prosecutions for crimes as recent as 2025. At this point you have to assume the defense is working with the media to destroy the reputation of the black guy who voted to convict. He’s collateral damage. The real goal is to send a message to prosecutors to drop the case, and to intimidate future potential jurors.
