Some of Britain’s most dangerous criminals are spared jail and given a hospital order instead.
Valdo Calocane, a paranoid schizophrenic, stabbed two students and a caretaker to death in 2023.
He received a hospital order instead of prison.
This order is up for renewal every three years and could result in him being released.
That’s despite the fact Calocane was dealt with by police at least ten times prior to the killings.
A man who tried to rape a homeless woman in Bradford is about to be spared prison due to his ‘learning difficulties’.
Is this your idea of justice?
Why should conditions that make someone more likely to reoffend result in them being treated more leniently?
Reform will end this madness.
