$FNMA $FMCC DJT at the UN today: "U.S. stock markets have set 80 all-time records, & that’s just in the last 12 months." Great news unless you invested in a "trillion dollar company". The woes of the Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac faithful continue without an ounce of clarity or transparency in our path forward. @realDonaldTrump @SecScottBessent @pulte Gents, the math ain't mathin'.

Mr President, You should know there's a huge block of FNMA legacy shareholders that were expecting your promises made promises kept regarding releasing FNMA. I'll never vote for a socialist Democrat but then again I might not show up to vote for your candidates either. Lifelong Republican 73 and dying of 2 forms of cancer. I don't need FNMA to go up to survive. I would never put all my money in one investment. My hope was to leave a stock that should be paying dividends and growing considering their profitability and importance to the mortgage market. I met you years ago in AC, been a supporter ever since. I didn't expect you to leave so many hard-working supporters down. What is the NEW FNMA in your latest commercial, I just don't understand what game your playing.

One of my favorite things in the market is buying a stock at or below the price where its own CEO is buying. Here are 3 examples right now: • $NKE — CEO Elliott Hill and board member Tim Cook each bought $1M worth of stock at around $42, after previously buying around ~$60. Today, $NKE trades at $36. The stock needs to rally ~70% just to get back to the levels of their first purchases. • $SOFI — CEO Anthony Noto bought $2.25M worth of stock over the last few months at an average price of $17.29. Today, $SOFI trades at $17.30. • $UBER — CEO Dara Khosrowshahi just bought roughly $10M worth of stock at an average price of $70.96. That came just days after President & COO Andrew Macdonald bought another ~$5.3M worth of shares. Today, $UBER trades at $71. CEOs know their companies better than anyone. They can sell for many reasons. They buy for only one.

15 stocks quietly becoming much bigger businesses than the labels investors still put on them. The best companies don’t just grow their core product. They build second, third, and fourth growth engines until the business starts looking completely different. Here are 15 I’m watching: 1. $SNAP Most investors still think of Snap as an advertising company. But it’s building a real direct-to-consumer business through Snapchat+, Lens+, premium features, Memories Storage and more. Direct revenue has already passed a $1B annualized run rate. Ads may not always be the entire story.

$FNMA / $FMCC shareholders are not just traders. They are 18 years of retail voters who held through conservatorship. They are your normal Joe. Your firefighter, your police officer, your teacher. Every holder is a family, a neighborhood, a swing district. Midterms are coming. If DC wants a motivated bloc to show up, releasing $FNMA / $FMCC is votes. We need to get this to Trump admin and Congress. Please repost and share. IMO, long $FNMA $FMCC @realDonaldTrump @pulte
