We voted YES ✅ | Prop 536 @LuncKickback validator voted YES on the @SolidProof_io security audit + @orbit__labs fixes. Why YES? Last audit was in 2020 pre-crash. Since then SDK v53, CosmWasm changes, custom modules — all unaudited. Exchanges warned listings are at risk without it. This is how we secure $LUNC / $USTC future. 🤔🙄 Some of the people involved should take a step back and think about what kind of situation they're in right now…. Nevertheless, we're here to help and actively look out for YOU!!! #LUNC
𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀. We're now seeing major #LUNC validators voting NO WITH VETO on Proposal #12228 because SolidProof requires payment upfront. Let's put this into the real world. You don't walk into a shop, take the goods and say: "I'll pay you once I've used them and decided I'm satisfied." You don't hire an independent professional business and then demand they adopt your own internal payment system before you'll use their services. PPJ makes sense for developers and teams working within the Terra Classic ecosystem. It protects the Community Pool and provides accountability for work commissioned from ecosystem contributors. But SolidProof is an independent German security company providing a specialist commercial service. They aren't a Terra Classic development team asking for ongoing community funding. Their terms require payment upfront. 𝗪𝗲 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀 - 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. The proposal isn't secretly bypassing PPJ either. It explicitly tells governance that an exception is required for the external auditor, while OrbitLabs' $20,000 implementation work remains standard PPJ and is paid after completion. That's exactly where the distinction should be. External commercial service = their agreed payment terms. Internal LUNC development work = PPJ accountability. Expecting established businesses outside our ecosystem to restructure their commercial payment policies around Terra Classic governance is not realistic. And using NO WITH VETO simply because an external company expects payment according to its normal commercial agreement is, in my view, completely disproportionate. We want serious independent companies to work with #LUNC. We can't simultaneously expect them to operate like Terra Classic community developers. ⚠️ THE USUAL SUSPECTS ABUSING NO WITH VETO YET AGAIN! ...Trying to stifle chain progression! They dont deserve to run Lunc validators with this kind of abuse! #LUNC #TerraClassic $LUNC #USTC #BINANCE #COSMOS @SolidProof_io @orbit__labs

Our attacker addresses are publicly listed and actively tracked. We are formally asking @THORChain to refuse service to these addresses. Decentralization is a design principle, not a shield for facilitating known stolen funds. The industry is watching.
THORChain and Stolen Funds: The Industry Needs Answers After the $1.46B @Bybit_Official hack last year, nearly $1.2B in stolen funds was reportedly traced through @THORChain as the attackers moved assets across chains. Today, following another major security incident at @Bitget , we are once again observing Bitget Exploiter funds being sent into the THORChain for asset swaps and cross-chain transfers. The question is no longer: “Does THORChain know these funds are associated with hackers?” The attacker addresses have already been publicly flagged and are being actively tracked by exchanges, blockchain security/aml firms, and the wider crypto industry. The real question is: When a protocol is aware that funds originate from a publicly identified major hack, yet continues to facilitate large-scale cross-chain swaps, how should the industry view this under the banner of “decentralization”? Decentralization should not become a blanket excuse when dealing with known stolen funds. If, after every major crypto hack, attackers can continue using THORChain as a route to move funds from ETH → BTC, BNB → BTC, and across other chains, the industry needs to seriously ask: What responsibility should THORChain bear when handling known stolen funds? @GracyBitget @xiejiayinBitget @benbybit

And another one🙏 Sad to see hacks are increasing… @THORChain we are here to help! #hack
We are devasted to hear about the recent exploit and can imagine how difficult this must be for everyone involved. THORChain is decentralized and permissionless like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB Chain. What responsibility should Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB Chain bear when handling known stolen funds? @star_okx @GracyBitget

Fingers crossed for @bitget ! If you guys need some more helping hands, we’re here to support 🤝 #bitget
Bitget will begin resuming withdrawals in orderly phases following the security incident identified on September 24. The vulnerability involved in the incident has been identified and remediated. Bitget's security and technical teams have since been conducting additional validation and security checks across the withdrawal infrastructure, while independent cybersecurity experts Mandiant and SlowMist continue to support the investigation. The temporary withdrawal pause remains a security measure and is not related to the availability of user assets. User account balances remain unaffected, and Bitget's Protection Fund covers the financial impact of this platform-wide incident. Withdrawals will resume in an orderly manner once these security checks are completed. The current withdrawal resumption schedule is as follows: > Sep 28, 8:00 (UTC): BTC (Bitcoin Network) > Sep 29, 8:00 (UTC): ETH (Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism) > Sep 30, 8:00 (UTC): USDT (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Tron) > Oct 2, 8:00 (UTC): Other Tokens / Fiat / P2P Our objective is to restore withdrawal services across all supported assets and networks as quickly and safely as possible. The incident remains contained, and no further unauthorized transfers are possible. User funds are unaffected throughout this process. Trading and deposits continue to operate. Users do not need to take any action ahead of the rollout. Withdrawal availability will be reflected directly on the Bitget platform, and users are advised to follow Bitget's official channels for updates.

Terra Classic chain is gearing up for a comeback. Under the new proposal, a comprehensive security audit is planned to be conducted by SolidProof, with any identified flaws to be swiftly rectified by Orbit Labs. The ultimate goal is to eliminate all security vulnerabilities within the Terra Classic chain. The proposal has been put to a vote among terra-luna:native validators. This initiative and the subsequent work could mark a critical turning point for the chain's future. Although the audit proposal carries a cost exceeding $70,000, terra-luna:native validators view the project favorably, and the proposal is expected to pass unanimously. Why is this proposal significant for Terra Classic? This step could substantially bolster transparency and security—key expectations, particularly among institutional investors. A network that has undergone an independent, professional audit process elevates itself to a whole new level, not only technically but also in terms of public perception. This paves the way for major funds and significant capital to flow back into the LUNC ecosystem. The selection of a reputable and proven firm like SolidProof to conduct the audit underscores the seriousness of the undertaking. Moreover, the cost is well within the means of the Terra Classic community pool. In other words, this expenditure is not merely a cost but a strategic investment directly aimed at building trust and value. Terra Classic chain is preparing to take center stage, and this proposal has me excited. You can access our exclusive news about terra-luna:native and Crypto on our Telegram channel. Today, the Securities and Exchange Commission is taking a significant step forward, within its statutory authority, to bring America’s capital markets into the digital age by facilitating onchain trading of certain tokenized stocks through the ‘Innovation Exemption,’” said SEC Chairman Paul S. Atkins in a statement.

“The Innovation Exemption, while temporary, would allow TSVs to trade tokenized NMS stock in a permissioned environment today while the Commission considers the need for additional action to facilitate onchain trading. As we take this important first step, we invite public comment on all aspects of the Innovation Exemption to help inform the Commission as it considers further changes.”
