I participated in our county’s annual Veterans Day celebration today. It’s held on the historic square in downtown. You know what I didn’t see among the veterans and local residents in attendance? Indians, Asians, and Middle Easterners. Not one person from these communities, which do exist around here, attended today. When they read off the names of local men who died in war, beginning with WWI, you know what I didn’t hear? Indian, Asian, or Middle Eastern names. The veterans and residents who attended the event were all white except for a small handful of black people. There was one obvious Latino last name mentioned in the list of those killed in war. That’s it. Only one. The names of those killed in action and the faces of veterans there today belonged to white men of European heritage and black men. The U.S. has not always been a melting pot. It was primarily forged through the blood and sweat of two distinct groups of people — whites of European heritage and a smaller percentage of black slaves and their descendants. I’m sick and tired of foreigners, especially the ones in my community who couldn’t be bothered to come today, trying to latch onto our story. I’m sick of foreigners coming here demanding we conform to their ideas of the U.S. when they haven’t contributed anything meaningful to it. Heritage Americans and ADOS/FBAs share a unique history, heritage, and culture formed over decades of cohabitation. It is our story. It doesn’t belong to them. And it will never belong to them.

It makes no difference that Hispanics are wiping out the history of indigenous tribes in Nevada, just as long as they stick it to the white man. 🙄

Nevada didn’t become a state until 1864. Even before then, Hispanics were not a majority of the population in that area. There were indigenous tribes in that region. White settlers later came to the area. Hispanics remained a tiny minority until the mid-20th century.

This turned something that the King used to tyrannize the colonists to support his Navy, into a symbol of a country defying him on their own Navy.

When we had just a few Indians, the Nikki Haleys and Bobby Jindals who assimilated, converted to Christianity, etc. found it easy to be treated as individuals Now that we have a lot more Indians, and we see them forming ethnic ethnic enclaves, engaging in ethnic nepotism, building giant Hindu statues, dumping Hindu trash into our waterways, an Indian like Vivek Ramaswamy who blasphemes Christianity and has annual Christmas crash outs will find it much harder to unify Republicans behind him

The same is said about most CA cities with Spanish names. There were only 80k Mexicans living in the ceded territories, 60k of whom lived in NM. CA and NV had miniscule Mexican populations, and both states were made great by the American founding stock.
