$VKTK at $200m Financing + additional $30m
That is about 6.6m shares @ $35. But they get to buy it at a discount to the market upon conversion.
Easy terms to understand,
They been selling shares in the run up, They can cover the short at a discount after they sell it down as much as possible. Would you rather convert to cover here or at low $30's. I am not a hater. I am trying to teach you all the ways of Wall Street.

Being Unc has is perks! $VKTX I have been tying to warn you all. Financing was inbound. Look at my replys if you do not believe me. The tape had this all over it. We have seen it all or most of it at this point.
Guess / bet on $VKTX is, they already have / had terms for new financing w/ today鈥檚 massive volume. My guess is the finance debenture team is laying it out, as much as possible.
hedging risk for $1B in equity Co. will sell for possibly going it alone without being bought.

Be nimble. Trade around your core position. Use the IV to sell some covered calls to finance some PUTs. This company for over 2 years sold off after every pop. It they raise money it is a short term hit to stock price. Learn the historical moves. As CEO he has a fiduciary duty. He will raise over $1B in equity sales is my prediction. Hope everyone makes money. But be smart.
