A lawsuit has been filed by J6ers against the DOJ to enforce a nearly 5-year-old court order to investigate alleged civil rights violations at the DC jail. In October 2021, a DC judge ordered the DOJ to investigate the claims. It never happened, and still is not happening. The order remains open—and now falls under the jurisdiction of @HarmeetKDhillon to fulfill. I’ll be aggressively following up and reporting on the Trump administration’s response to this case—and others seeking justice for victims of weaponization under the Biden administration.

For every Covid-vaccinated person who dies from any cause, and every patient who has an illness of any sort, from cancer to eye disorders to mental issues or a cold, their cause of death and the illnesses should be reported to a database along with their Covid vaccine status and dates, etc. This reporting would only be possible if medical personnel ask the question. A bookseller told 404 Media that rare books with almost no surviving copies are being fed into this pipeline. Books that survived wars, fires, and centuries of handling are being shredded so an AI can learn to write a better marketing email. ISBNdb's website literally says "'AI company destroys two million books' is not a headline that generates sympathy," and they still built an entire business around making it happen quietly. Ok, Trump Administration rant time. Let me explain why shipbuilding is screwed. I have been offered at least a half dozen jobs in this Administration. I did not ask for a single one. I did not lobby for a single one. They came to me & I reluctantly said yes, I will serve my nation. Fingerprints. Background investigations. Interviews with security agents. Legal reviews. Selling my entire stock portfolio, hundreds of man hours. All for jobs I never wanted. And all of it stonewalled by some SES somewhere that cabinet members can’t push through. Technically I’m still “in processing” for one of them, an SGE position, but my “Management Support Officer” stopped answering emails & calls in April. Ghosted. Fine. IDC. But there is one job I have asked for since Trump pulled ahead in the Republican primaries: Deputy Commandant of the US Merchant Marine. It matters to my service & it is the office legally in charge of shipbuilding. All three front runners for the Commandant position promised to fight for me. The problem was that @SecDuffy, like every other cabinet member, refused to fire the previous SES & staff. And nobody hates anyone in DC more than @PeteButtigieg’s former staff hates me. So DOT staff still loyal to Pete said “hell no,” and Duffy handed the job to a congressional staffer instead. Our current Civil War: I must point out that in 2016 a President was elected who was immediately rejected by a certain portion of the population and by state and local governments. They brought criminal legal action against Trump and impeached him before he'd even had a chance to do anything, and accused him of being a dictator and the death of democracy — though it was they who rejected a lawful election and threw the Constitution out the window. Sanctuary laws in defiance of federal authority are in every case the equivalent of besieging and firing on Ft. Sumter.  When Trump won reelection in 2024, the rebels doubled down on their secession from the Union by passing laws against federal officers enforcing federal law within their sanctuary purview, all the time claiming that Trump was oppressing THEM by taking completely proper actions. So by rejecting the results of the election, they are in open rebellion. And if you say “Trump is no Lincoln” you'd be right. Trump has not arrested and charged with treason the deniers and rejectors of federal authority, including mayors and governors who threaten to prosecute federal officers for enforcing the law. Trump has been far more restrained than Lincoln ever was — though the defiance of the Constitution is no less egregious. Sanctuary laws are exactly the same as secession — a declaration that the federal government has no authority here. They have declared war against the President and openly abused him as has not been done to a President since Lincoln. But the President has not sent federal troops to arrest those publicly guilty of sedition and treason, and take over the defiant government bodies and throw them in jail. They claim to fear Trump's officers — while they are the ones who suppress free speech and try to adjust campaign laws so as to prevent the candidates they oppose from being on the ballot. California doesn't even pretend to be a democracy anymore … but Trump stays his hand. So, true — he is no Lincoln. He has been infinitely lenient in dealing with people and governments that are in open rebellion against the federal government because the wrong guy made it into the White House.
