What’s the most likely outcome here? 1. DOJ goes to trial and loses badly 2. DOJ makes up a story that “new evidence” has emerged and they have to withdraw the case while continuing to hide the identity of the real bmbr. 3. DOJ somehow gets a biased jury and wins the case.
