Those shoes came out long after Cole stopped growing. Unless you're a sneakerhead, shoes look alike and aren't memorable. 6. The physical evidence doesn't matter. Cole can't be in two places at once. 7. It doesn't matter where Cole is at 7:39pm because he is not where the bomber is at 7:57pm. 8. It doesn't matter how tall Cole is because he can't be in two places at the same time. 9. During a coerced confession, Cole said he made the black powder from "coal" not charcoal. Black powder is highly dependent on ratio, that is why inert ingredient are problematic. Cole said he mashed coal into PN and Sulfur and mixed it together rather than measuring and calculating the proper ratios. The idea that he is magically going to roll the proper ratios with inert sulfur and no measuring is what you might call a statistical impossibility rather than a chemical impossibility. 10 -12.
