What AOC did here is despicable and pathetic even for her. it's a joke to think you posture as some sort of a national leader while you go around definitively, publicly proclaiming individuals guilty of horrific crimes before they've ever been charged with, let alone convicted of, those crimes, especially when most evidence is unknown and, of what is known, there's so much evidence casting doubt on the accusations. AOC never heard of these 7 Cornell students until like 6 seconds ago, but now definitively decree they're ALL "gang rapists." But worse is that AOC lies here repeatedly, making claims that even the alleged victim denies. Nobody "lured her" into the frat house. She went there voluntarily and showed up drunk. She voluntarily used drugs and had sex with at least the first three men if not all. She wrote one of those students an email afterward saying how nothing they did was criminal and how much fun she had having sex with the two of them and hoped to do it again. She then asked for an invitation to another party at this same frat house 8 days later, and became enraged for the first time when the frat president said it was best if she didn't come. Nobody in the group chat said she was "incapacitated" as AOC alleged. None of this means that there was no rape. It means that minimally responsible, ethical people refrain from pronouncing guilt (or innocence) until they know what they're fucking talking about and there are at least charges filed. None of that applies to AOC.
AOC makes WILD claims on Cornell 7: “Seven men drugged and gang raped a 20-year-old woman. They lured her into a frat house, drugged her with ketamine, and took turns gang raping her for seven hours.”
Community note
AOC described civil lawsuit allegations as fact. No criminal charges filed. DA: 2024 police statement described voluntary drug use and sex, not nonconsensual drugging or gang rape. Now under AG James as special prosecutor. tompkinscountyny.gov/News-articles/… nytimes.com/2026/10/01/nyr…

We lost our YouTube channel, our Facebook page, and almost every other platform we used for our reporting on The HighWire during COVID. A lot of people did. We never stopped, and over time we started treating it as a badge of honor instead of letting it scare us off. What was actually censored was asking questions about lockdowns and reporting on scientists like Scott Atlas, Jay Bhattacharya, John Ioannidis, and Sunetra Gupta, all of whom said plainly that you cannot hide from a virus and that lockdowns made no sense. Before any vaccine existed, that same group signed the Great Barrington Declaration making that case publicly, and they got removed from their own platforms for it. @Maveapproach

Zelensky: We urgently need another $27 billion. Otherwise, we simply won’t be able to save Europe from Putin-Hitler. EU: Hold on. How about we first check where the money we already gave you went — and how this giant hole appeared in the first place? Zelensky: Well… no need to get all investigative about it. Joint communiqué, shortly afterwards: Turns out the money already provided is enough. The mysterious $26-billion black hole has miraculously healed itself. No funding gap. Nothing to see here. Case closed. Please do not disturb the miracle.✨

Still much mystery surrounding this: the tracking of suspect(s), the FBI relinquishing lead to local officials (how often does that happen?!) even after ISIS claimed responsibility, a near immediate assumption that it wasn't terrorism and that the identified killer acted alone, etc. Some in FBI at the time felt he did not act alone. A cadre of ex-FBI used high-tech at the time to track movements of the suspect and supposedly others involved in the day leading up to the attack and afterwards, but this data or evidence not get a welcome reception from those in charge.
9 years ago today, we sang “God Bless America” in Vegas. Soon after, the bullets ripped through the stage and crowd, and 58 country music fans were killed. We honor their memory today 🙏

This is the most important study in the world right now - the Henry Ford Health study at the center of ICAN's film An Inconvenient Study, free to watch at AnInconvenientStudy.com. Vaccinated children were found to be 2.5 times more likely to develop a chronic disease than unvaccinated children. Neurodevelopmental disorders showed up at nearly six times the rate, a 600 percent increase. Asthma came in at four times the rate. Autoimmune disease, nearly six times. This is the fifth study showing this same pattern. Vaccinated populations keep coming out sicker than unvaccinated ones, and by a wide margin. That reproducibility is the scariest part. Henry Ford Health is a pro-vaccine institution. The scientist who ran this study brags about being pro-vaccine. I believe it was designed to prove Robert Kennedy Jr. wrong, to prove me wrong, to prove every critic of the schedule wrong. Instead, it produced some of the most damning results to date. When that happens, you've actually proven something.

A bank laundered money for terrorists and drug cartels and paid a fine. A restaurant gave me a job and sent me home with dinner. Guess which one I think about more. After I blew the whistle at @HSBC, every door in my industry closed. Not slowly. All at once. I had a degree, a record of being right, and no one who would return a call. I was sleeping on a camping cot in a studio apartment and I needed to eat. @PFChangs hired me. They did not ask about the bank. They did not treat me like a liability. They handed me an apron and a section and let me earn an honest dollar on a day when nobody else in America would. On the nights money was tightest, the kitchen sent me home with lo mein so I would have something to eat. Nobody made a speech about it. They just did it. I rebuilt my life between shifts. Everything I have now traces back to a restaurant that decided a whistleblower was worth hiring. Here is what I learned carrying plates that I never learned at a bank. Dignity does not come from the title on your badge. It comes from doing honest work well, every single shift, when nobody is watching and nobody is impressed. The people I reported kept their bonuses. I kept my self-respect. I would make that trade again. So I have a small ask. Eat at @PFChangs this week. Lunch, dinner, whatever works. And tip your server like they might be rebuilding their entire life between tables, because some of them are. I was. To the @PFChangs team, past and present: you did not just feed me. You gave me a place to stand while I figured out how to fight back. I will never forget it.

Dr. Phil Outraged as RFK Jr. Exposes NIH Kickbacks from Moderna Vaccine Not only does the NIH own half of the Moderna shots, raking in billions of dollars, but 4 to 6 high-level deputies under Fauci pocket a staggering $150,000 a year forever from it. It gets worse. Kennedy believes that there was a deliberate effort to suppress effective therapeutics like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to make way mass vaccination. Because the Emergency Use Authorization states: “For the FDA to issue an EUA, there must be no adequate, approved, and available alternative candidate product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating the disease or condition.” So, they had to smear and discredit ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine because the COVID shots wouldn't be allowed to exist if these drugs were shown to be effective.

The most INSANE things the City of Austin is spending money on: $880,000 for “Undoing racism training” $2.25 MILLION to help minority and women-owned businesses get city contracts $6.6 million+ On deportation defense, lawyers and filing fees for migrants An extra $1.2 MILLION to the Texas Harm Reduction Alliance, which hands out needles, glass pipes and cookers to drug addicts $6.2 million+ for Austin’s DEI department $58,000+ on a consultant to work on “preventing crime through environmental design” $1 MILLION to redesign the Austin city logo (which everyone hated) Roughly $485 MILLION on the homeless crisis since 2019. By weaponizing the federal government’s vast powers against President Biden’s political opponents, Jack Smith unwittingly made a few things abundantly clear: (1) the federal government is too big and too powerful, with far too much control over the day-to-day lives of hardworking Americans, (2) each party now assumes that when it holds the White House, the government will protect its own voters and interests—in part by keeping government officials busy harassing the other side, (3) while that primal instinct—to reward allies and punish enemies—can be observed in any institution run by humans, it becomes overwhelming with a government this large and powerful, especially where constitutional checks and balances have been weakened, and (4) it’s time for a constitutional reset: shrink the threat, restore constitutional limits on the federal government’s power (starting with federalism, separation of powers, and the “thou shalt nots” of the Bill of Rights), and put the government back in the business of empowering citizens rather than government itself.
JACK SMITH confirms to @ChuckGrassley that his team collected financial data Grassley said 4782 donor checks (many 5 to 10 dollars) from Americans was collected “no legitimate basis for what you did” Grassley said DOJ now has bank account, bank routing number, signature, address, phone number of Americans as a result of Special Counsel Jack Smith's investigation

Weeks ago we learned Fauci and the biomedical state knew the COVID jabs were dangerous but hid it from us. While that investigation continues, today we sued Pfizer for deceptively marketing the products as safe—making billions—while pregnant women were miscarrying their babies and teenagers were having heart attacks.

🚨HUGE: Democracy Restored mapped the network behind a years-long lawfare campaign targeting conservative lawyers with bar complaints and related filings. 181 actions. 34 jurisdictions in 26 states. Millions in documented funding. And a network of organizations REPEATEDLY targeting many of the same attorneys. One architect said the goal was to “shame them and make them toxic,” weaponizing the law to ruin reputations and careers. Attorneys should not be punished for their work by partisan ideologues with an axe to grind. The overall goal is to make lawyers hesitate to take on conservative clients and issues, leaving Americans with fewer options for legal representation.

AUSTIN MAN who punched a woman in the head and injured her on Barton Hills was back in the neighborhood this weekend, harassing and terrorizing another woman Christopher Lewis was pounding on another woman's car and denting it at 5:30 a.m. with her garage open and her kids asleep inside. She drove around the block before he attacked it again. She leaned on the horn until her husband woke up and shut him out of the garage. Misdemeanor criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000. A couple of years ago, he punched a woman to the ground in the same neighborhood and stood over her. She told police she didn't know if he was going to rape her or kill her. She got a concussion and took her a year to recover. The day he was arrested for it, police also caught him with meth. DA Jose Garza's office rejected the felony case. The assault dragged on 18 months before he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor. Court records show his sentence was marked satisfied the next day. In 2015 he skipped court on a drug case and the state eventually gave up collecting the forfeited bond. A 2016 theft case was declined. A 2021 trespass case was dismissed.

There's no evidence of bad behavior by Jack Smith, say reporters. But he collected texts from dozens of journalists & Congressmen, and 4,782 cashed checks from donors. Reporters excuse these unprecedented abuses of power because they crave mass prosecution of MAGA Republicans.
