I was confused by this for a long time. But I eventually realized that we were siphoning money out of both the Zarrab and Washakie schemes to fund our proxy war in Syria.
But I’m just now realizing that the dispute between Flynn and Obama regarding ISIS wasn’t that Obama wasn’t doing enough to counter ISIS. It was that Obama wanted to counter ISIS, while Flynn wanted to continue arming them against Assad.
