I will not stop speaking about occupied Oleshky. The food drop brought only temporary relief. Now there are reports that Russians are “filtering” civilians who took food boxes. Understand what filtration means in occupied territories: Identify. Search. Interrogate. Intimidate. Detain. Disappear. If these reports are confirmed, Russia turned food for starving civilians into a tool for hunting them. Humanitarian aid cannot become bait. The world should be screaming about the forced starvation of innocent civilians in Europe.

A Russian strike against the building of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. A rescue operation is underway: crews are putting out the fire and searching for people who may have been trapped inside. All services are deployed. Today in Kyiv, a pharmaceutical company and gas stations were also attacked; in Dnipro, a business center; and in other cities and regions, civilian facilities, businesses, and communications infrastructure were targeted as well. Sadly, people have been killed… My condolences to their families and loved ones. Russia will definitely face a response to this. And every one of Ukraine’s partners must see from this terror, from these strikes, that supporting Ukraine means truly supporting people’s lives – supporting the principle that terror must never be normalized, anywhere. So, in Russian-occupied Oleshky, people are boiling soup from grass and eating dogs; there are reports of people starving to death. Russia is completely blocking people from leaving the city and preventing humanitarian aid from getting in. Today it became known that Ukrainian drones managed to drop four tons of food at 100 pre-designated locations across the city. However, the Russians are trying to shoot down the Ukrainian food-delivery drones, while the supplies that actually reach local residents are simply confiscated and resold. Against the backdrop of an artificially engineered famine in the 21st century, the United States is inviting the fascist dictator Putin to the G20 summit - by which time a large part of Oleshky’s residents may simply be dead. I hope Americans will give their answer in the upcoming elections: is this how they see the leadership and moral values of their country?

Hello everyone. Today I’m starting another fundraiser to get engineering equipment to Ukraine, and I’m asking for your help by sharing, donating, and liking this post. A good friend of mine from the 21st Mechanized Brigade of the UAF has been working on improving the survivability and effectiveness of the 🇸🇪 CV90 IFVs and, most importantly, the soldiers inside them. He recently reached out to me asking for help getting engineering equipment for his brigade. This is one of those things that doesn’t look as dramatic as drones, armored vehicles, or weapons, but it directly saves lives. A properly dug fighting position, trench, vehicle shelter, or reinforced position can be the difference between soldiers surviving an artillery or drone attack and not coming home. Unfortunately, because of bureaucracy and often simple neglect by higher command, excavation equipment remains critically overlooked. It is one of the most obvious low-hanging fruits on the battlefield: relatively inexpensive machinery that can save soldiers’ lives and protect multimillion-dollar equipment. The brigade already has several excavators, but they are in critically bad condition. We are already working on getting those repaired. But even if every one of them were operational, it still wouldn’t be enough for the brigade’s needs. Their full request is for 3 excavators, transportation for them, a crane, and pickup trucks. The total cost would be around $240,000. I wish I could say we can raise all of it, but with the current level of donations, I don’t think that is realistic. So we scaled the fundraiser down to $100,000. That will allow us to purchase 3 excavators and a truck capable of transporting them. It is still a huge amount of money. But these machines will not sit somewhere in storage. They will be working every day, digging positions, protecting vehicles, and giving Ukrainian soldiers a better chance of surviving. I want to explain not only the importance of engineering equipment in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but also the importance of maintaining and repairing it, and how you can help us by donating, sharing, and following me. A piece of engineering equipment such as an excavator is a great machine, but it's not the same as a pickup truck that you can transfer once and then let the recipient maintain and service themselves. There are many nuances to operating this equipment. The hydraulics are complicated, parts are not as widely available as parts for normal vehicles, and service intervals are short because the conditions are extreme. The load on components is significantly higher than in normal vehicles. Combine that with a never-ending threat from drones and shelling, and you get an extremely challenging environment in which to keep this equipment running. On top of that, you need specialized equipment to diagnose and repair these machines. That's why when @LibertyUkraineF provides this equipment, we try to make sure it will continue to operate successfully. We provide expertise and major repair services as well. This doesn't include routine maintenance, which we expect operators to perform themselves, but even that isn't always possible because of the threats and conditions mentioned above, putting additional strain on the machines. One fully functional excavator can do the work of 30 men with shovels. Units that receive this equipment from us repeatedly tell us that engineering equipment is one of the most underrated types of equipment on the battlefield. Once they have an excavator, they cherish it like gold, because they understand how much work it can do, how many positions it can build, and how many lives it can help protect. We have provided more than 30 excavators by now. Each machine works more hours annually than a normal machine in the construction business would work in many years. Some of them have already accumulated more than 10,000 hours since we transferred them. This puts enormous wear on every component. That's why providing major repair services to the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the machines we supplied is critical. Delivering the machine is only the beginning. Keeping it running is what makes that investment continue to matter on the battlefield. Hello everyone, I am starting a new fundraiser to help maintain and repair engineering equipment @LibertyUkraineF has already delivered to Ukraine with your aid. Over the past 3 years, we have delivered more than 30 excavators, 40 heavy trucks, and loads of other engineering equipment such as cranes, augers, and off-road forklifts. 90% of the equipment we have delivered has performed exceptionally well, as we picked some of the most durable models. However, even the best equipment can't live forever, and the stress it's been put through on the battlefield shows. For example, one of the machines worked 12,000 hours over two years. That machine was a Yanmar VIO50 excavator that we bought, delivered, and serviced for $30,000. A new machine like this costs around $100,000. 12,000 machine hours is more than the expected lifetime of an excavator in this class. Today, this excavator returned to us for major repairs. I can't stress enough the importance of the work this machine performed. It served in the 43rd Artillery Brigade, building fortifications for PzH 2000 howitzers and digging trenches for drone pilots. It saved countless lives from drone threats and tens of millions of dollars in equipment by protecting critical assets. Today, we have a backlog of around 8 similar machines awaiting repairs. These machines have complex hydraulics, pins, and joints that require special equipment and expertise to repair. My goal has always been to deliver the best-value solutions for the least amount of funding. For example, a machine used to bore pin seats on an excavator costs around $15,000. We didn't have that kind of funding dedicated to repairs, so my brother @vaycartana built and programmed such a tool himself, and it cost us only $4,000. However, our ingenuity and desire to help Ukraine can only go so far without funding. We need parts, we need to pay for electricity, and we need to pay something to the workers who perform these repairs. It has been a great honor to serve the Ukrainian people as the Minister of Defense. Here is what our team managed to achieve: 1. Disabled Starlink access for Russian forces. 2. Took over a Ministry of Defense with zero budget, took a risk, reallocated funds from payroll from the end of the year, and effectively invested them in mid-strike capabilities, fiber-optic FPVs, low-cost reconnaissance, ground robotic platforms, interceptor drones, and deep-strike drones. 3. Launched "Logistical Lockdown", this cut off enemy logistics and initiated the isolation of Crimea. 4. Continued the funding program for the Drone Line. 5. Launched a support program for modern drone-assault units that rely primarily on advanced technologies in combat. 6. Introduced a 70% advance payment policy for procurements made via e-Points on the Brave1 Market portal. 7. Fundamentally overhauled the procurement system. 8. Procured thousands of pickup trucks, buggies, and ATVs for the military for the first time—and did so through open tenders. 9. The drone interception rate rose from 83% to 91%, and the cruise missile interception rate soared from 47% to 87%. 10. Contracted Patriot PAC-2 GEM-T missiles for the first time, and submitted an application through an EU loan to purchase PAC-3 missiles. 11. Launched a baseline drone supply system for brigades and corps. 12. Launched a massive grant program for manufacturers of explosives and missiles. 13. Initiated an unpopular but vital transformation of the military. 14. Conducted three UDCG meetings, where we successfully broke through the Russian information trap claiming our defeat, restoring partners' faith in Ukraine. This secured $40 billion in support announced for this year (excluding the EU loan). 15. Launched the mechanism to utilize the EU loan for our military priorities. 16. Found a way to scale cheap missiles against jet-powered Shaheds and signed a record-breaking contract. 17. Our domestic ballistics. We radically revised the technical specifications, maximized accuracy, and reduced the cost by 30%. 18. Signed a contract to procure Gripen fighter jets. 19. Collaborated with the military to plan and execute Operation Auchan, which halted the enemy's mechanized offensive for six months. 20. Opened up exports under the Drone Deal program to attract investment and scale up domestic defense-industrial complex (OPK) production. 21. Launched the Trophy Lab, providing partners with the opportunity to study captured Russian military technologies. 22.
