I may be a bit overly cautious but I want to be honest with every step. This is a long, rigorous process. Unlike some other token IP announcements I’ve seen, nothing is set in stone until papers are in hand. But the hard work is basically done at this point.

$BUTTCOIN IP UPDATE!
Our Trademark application was APPROVED for public publication by the examining officer at the USPTO.
They found our claims were valid and now they get published for public review. This is a brief hold period all applications go through that allows anyone to file a legal dispute against the claim. I don’t anticipate any disputes at this stage since I have filed as the original creator.
Final stretch. Last bit of administrative hold until full IP rights secured.
