I hate that I have to do this, it’s my least favorite part about my life. I knew my life would get even more dangerous when I announced I am suing California and began accepting invitations to speak on college campuses this semester. I need to raise money again for security. Doing the right thing and exposing evil now puts your life in danger in today’s society. For example, a UC Irvine “lecturer” (teacher) is insinuating it would be funny to assassinate me and leftist are threatening to kill me constantly. I will not cower to the radicals or the far left who threaten and plot to kill and destroy our country, yet the $30k–$50k a month it costs me just to stay safe doing my job is unsustainable. This is interesting given your lack of measurable talent or experience in this business. Burisma Holdings is the Ukrainian natural gas producer that put you on their Board of Directors in April 2014 - again despite your lack of talent or experience - while your father oversaw U.S. Ukraine policy as Vice President. You earned approximately $1 million per year ($83,333 per month) but that was reduced to roughly $500,000 per year starting March 2017 when your father was no longer in office. You served until April 2019 - which is surprising despite your lack of talent or experience - but it was a good gig while you had it. You and your associates (including partner Devon Archer) earned approximately $6.5 million for being your father's son. Not too bad for not having any experience in the energy sector or any discernible talent in deal making. But lets not forget your work with the Chinese. You worked for CEFC China Energy, the Chinese oil and gas conglomerate with reported CCP and military intelligence ties from 2017–2018. CEFC and related entities paid approximately $4.8 million to companies controlled by you and your Uncle. Your total work for for CEFC and related Chinese energy entities to the Biden family/associates was over $8 million. These figures come from bank records, IRS search warrant applications, congressional memos, court documents, and contemporaneous reporting. (We will leave out your work with Kahzhakstan and other questionable enterprises.) And what is surprising to all of us is that after earning nearly $20 million working for foreign owned oil and gas companies when you post stupid things like this it is clear that after 10 years and $20 million dollars. Is anyone else watching what’s happening in Sacramento right now? The hypocrisy is honestly unreal. Right now, Gavin Newsom is using taxpayer-funded staff to file aggressive federal FOIA requests demanding the DOJ hand over records about the investigations into him and his wife. When he wants answers, transparency is an absolute right. But look at what California lawmakers are trying to do to the rest of us at the exact same time. They are quietly pushing Assembly Bill 1821, which will absolutely gut the California Public Records Act. If this passes, everyday citizens, local journalists, and whistleblowers will be completely locked out of holding the government accountable at a state AND local level. Here is what they are trying to accomplish…… Pay-to-play Agencies will be allowed to charge you anywhere from $22 to $66+ AN HOUR just for staff to look for public documents. ( which they are already paid to do). A basic request could end up costing you thousands of dollars. The government will actually get the power to sue YOU if they decide your records request has "malicious intent." Example..if you are trying to uncover corruption you believe is happening in your hometown… Imagine getting taken to court just for asking questions. It gives agencies more time to stall, and lets them hit you with an $88/hour fee if they decide your request is for "commercial use." yes.. say you post it on x or other social media platforms… that could be deemed commercial, especially if you get paid for your content. It is the ultimate definition of "rules for thee, but not for me." Newsom gets to weaponize transparency laws for his own personal defense, while his party strips those exact same rights away from the people of California. Keep an eye on AB 1821 people…if this passes you will have challenges on keeping an eye on our government. Why should the rest of this country care? Well we all know he will be running for president next and this is what the rest of the country can expect for themselves as well. Do you support AB 1821 or disagree with it?
