Why law should protect him ? He has committed a heinous crime, he should be hanged. A fast track court should be made to prove his crime, and make all professor of this country accomplice in it. I think they are only bothered about vote bank rather than supporting professor. Professor did his duty, upheld the ethics and integrity. The student did mistake using ChatGPT in exam, they have given warning. Without any mistake from professor, he is getting punished.
