💕 my challenge is, I still have a serious back injury and am limited due to that but need to build strength. We do have the boxing thing here but think I will see a PT person first on the ruptured discs. How is your hubby?

I’m very sorry Francesca. My daughter’s MiL has it, it’s her only medical issue. Find a good medical team and join up in physical activities. She’s in boxing and pickle ball designed for Parkinson patients, it’s really helped her. 🙏🙏🙏

🙏 My wife was diagnosed with it 8 years ago, you two sound a lot alike. We are celebrating our 41st wedding anniversary today with a trip to the casino. There has been bumps, but treatments make it manageable. She pivots then moves forward. I see lots of anniversaries ahead.
