University of Guelph just banned a young woman FOR LIFE from campus.
Her crime?
Standing NEAR a conversation she wasn’t even part of.
Her family member was talking to a group of people.
She was in the vicinity.
That’s it.
The Campus Safety Office decided the TOPIC of that conversation was sufficient grounds for a lifetime ban.
Not her words.
Not her actions.
A conversation she was LISTENING to.
Soon, having the wrong opinions NEAR YOU is gonna be a crime.

I’m totally at a loss with my council - watched today’s council meeting in tears listening to Dwayne from Atlantic Bakery admitting he tried to commit suicide because the LTNs affected his business and zero reaction from the people who created this situation
