My grandmother was 15 when she was assaulted by her father and became pregnant. She placed my aunt up for adoption. My aunt was raised by an extremely loving Latter Day Saint family that couldn’t have children of their own and gave her the world!
At 19 my grandmother had a one night stand with a man who was serving in the Navy during WWII. They met at a bar. My dad was conceived. She placed him with a couple that couldn’t have children and he was raised in a loving family and ended up having a brother that was 9 months younger than him.
She later got married had 5 more children after my dad and adopted one last one.
Both my aunt and dad know the beginnings of their life… both are extremely grateful their mother chose life. I am grateful my grandmother chose life. My grandmother never thought about another option.
This isn’t some flippant choice… we are talking about the lives of INNOCENT BABIES. They did nothing to deserve a death sentence.
Except for when your 14 year old is raped. Then you and her and her doctor can discuss the options of abortion or keeping it and how that will affect her body, and her life forever. It’s their choice. Not yours. And it’s still not black and white. Doctors have delayed out of fear

Ignoring the fact that your grandmother likely lived in a time when abortion wasn't allowed, it's important to note that it was her decision. Just because it worked out for her doesn't mean it will be the same for someone else. They should have the right to decide.

Pregnancy comes with complications and permanent changes. Children are expensive and a lifelong responsibility. I think a child should only be born if they're wanted and their parents can support them; otherwise, it's unfair to the child.

A persons value only comes from being wanted?
So if I dont want my husband anymore I am justified in killing him? Or my Grandma I dont like taking care of her so I can kill her?
It applies to all human life you cant just select one subcategory of human to discriminate against
