I got a speeding ticket while using FSD. Passed a “speed zone ahead” and “Speed Limit 35” sign while FSD was traveling 54 MPH. Tesla should offer to help in some way. Yes, it’s supervised—I get that—but if FSD is truly safer than a human, it needs to respond better to speed zones. It could have slowed down, and yes, I could have taken over. @Tesla should offer a monthly plan like windshield or tire coverage where, if a ticket happens on FSD, they cover a lawyer to reduce or remove it. They probably already offer something like @LegalShield to employees. Why not offer it to Tesla customers. They could even partner with @OffTheRecordApp or a similar national company. @aelluswamy does not want to restore max speed control; this could help Tesla customers with speeding tickets.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

🚨 @cybertruck software 14.1.7 bug or new feature? My Cybertruck has started randomly cleaning the front bumper camera automatically when I first get in. Sometimes I also get “Park Assist Loading” when it’s happening . Other times, no message at all — just the noises of the camera wash. Anyone else seeing this?

Story time: @Tesla bought recently back my FS @cybertruck due to multiple issues they couldn’t fix. I am trying to buy a new cybertruck, and it’s been one of the worst purchase experiences of my life. 1.Military discount — after 2 visits to my local Tesla, no one could apply it. They told me to “call customer service.” Rep in Nevada fixed it in 5 min. 2.GA disabled veteran tax exemption — spent days emailing, calling, texting. Local store: no help. Finally another out of state rep finally resolved it. 3.Tesla credits — I accidentally clicked “yes” in the app and applied Tesla credits to the purchase. Now I’m told by senior management it cannot be undone… even though I haven’t signed anything or taken delivery yet. How is it possible the world’s “AI leader” can’t edit an order before it’s completed? 4.Vehicle quality — first new truck they assigned me had a broken and badly dented frunk. Second new truck ? A broken windshield !! You’d think someone would check these trucks before trying to deliver to a customer. As a longtime shareholder Tesla had a lot of leniency from me at first but come on enough is enough it’s not new company anymore when you reach 8 million vehicles world wide you have to start taking responsibility and stop blaming being new. There is no reason why a General Manager of a local Tesla store can not have the authority to step in and fix a situation instead of telling me that they are not allowed to do anything and everything has to be handled by “headquarters” Today marks 7 days since I put my order in and my local center has over hundred cybertruck but I can’t get one do to no one has the authority to help me fix my order and give me truck with no damage!

JUST IN: Elon Musk introduces the 'CyberCab,' an autonomous car that can drive people by itself. Musk says anyone will be able to buy the CyberCab and owners could manage a fleet of "robotic taxis" that can drive people around. The CyberCab will be priced around $30,000 and will allow owners to make money like someone would make money with Uber, but the owner wouldn't need to drive. Musk says he is optimistic the CyberCab could go into production in 2026.
