I will create an Animal Welfare Department in New York State. We must create a hotline to report animal abuse and protect our dogs and cats. My son adopted a beautiful dog, and we need to encourage more pet adoptions across our state!

If you’re a critic who actually wants to see change, I think you need to applaud reports like this. Step 1 of changing the system is admitting in clear language what the big problems are. Someone fought to commission and publish this report. If everyone uses it to exclusively bash the system, that will never happen again. It is a refreshing change of pace (imho), to have a school district looking at this at all. Huge step in the right direction. Next baby steps would be taking some action items based on the report.

I hate to be the one to break it to conservatives but there is truth in this. The Billionaires believe that they know what's best for the rest of us. They buy politicians so they receive government contracts and subsidies making them richer on taxpayer welfare and kickbacks make politicians rich.
