BREAKING: A man suspected of being responsible for the murder of 23-year-old Boitumelo Gift Mashita in Thembisa this morning has been found dead inside his vehicle in Midrand.
The investigating team has linked the man, who was Boitumelo’s estranged husband, to her murder. He was identified as a person of interest in the case, and the SAPS Tembisa Tracking Team had been tracing him.
The team was subsequently informed by the midrand Police Station that his vehicle had been found within its policing precinct, with his body inside.
It is believed that he may have ingested an unknown substance, as no foul play is suspected at this stage. A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.

Our so-called lawmakers would be the first ones to block any reforms which would be deemed to be in violation of the rights of foreign direct investors.
ActionSA, FF+ & the MK Party are grossly outnumbered to man the barricades alone, especially on criminal foreign nationals.
And be released on bail or whatever excuse yet again. South Africa cannot afford the liberal criminal justice system anymore. We need a stronger law and order oriented system especially against violent and other serious crimes.

Limpopo police have arrested a 25-year-old man in Polokwane after he was allegedly caught driving a stolen Chery Omoda worth about R400,000 towards the Beitbridge border.
The vehicle was intercepted on the N1 near Peter Mokaba Stadium on Friday, 25 September, following an intelligence-driven operation involving SAPS and private security teams.
It had reportedly been stolen in Sandton, Gauteng.
Police say the suspect was previously arrested in March after allegedly being caught driving a stolen Range Rover towards Beitbridge. He was later granted bail.
He is due to appear in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 28 September, facing charges including possession of a suspected stolen vehicle, driving without a valid licence and fraud linked to allegedly false registration plates.

🇪🇹 Ethiopia is sliding toward another major war.
Seven armed groups, including former enemies from the last civil war, have formed a new alliance aimed at removing PM Abiy Ahmed from power.
The coalition includes the TPLF, Fano and the Oromo Liberation Army.
And things escalated fast: Tigrayan forces seized the airports in Mekelle, Axum and Shire, forcing Ethiopian Airlines to suspend flights to the region.
The wild part is that some of these groups were literally fighting each other just a few years ago.
Now they’ve apparently decided Abiy is the bigger problem.

South African journalist Micah Reddy is free and safe. He was deported from Djibouti, according to his brother Niall Reddy.
Authorities claim he did not have proper media accreditation. His fixer, Kooki Mahmoud, is apparently released without charge.
