There has not been a single incident of a trans woman attacking anyone in a single-sex changing room or public bathroom in Ireland since our 2015 Gender Recognition Act. 11 years.
There is no "good reason" to ban trans people from living their lives as they always have.
The good reason for separate single-sex changing rooms and public bathrooms is that 98% of sex offenders are men (zero evidence the statistics change for men who identify as women) and 88% of victims are women and girls.
