My dad died yesterday. I’m exhausted. I’ve already talked to 10 people on the phone this morning not including relatives. I have a full day of funeral home visits and having to gather his belongings from the nursing home. Say a prayer if that’s your thing. For both of us. ❤️

Well my poor 17 yo baby went to the vet. She was ok but had to have an enema and she’s miserable. She sleeps with me every night and sits by me all day. She’s hiding in the basement. I hope this is just temporary. Bloodwork was ok but it could be undiagnosable cancer. 😩😩

25 years ago today my grandpa died 3 days before my birthday. I was having surgery the next day so I had to skip the out of state trip to the funeral. Then my family got stuck in St Louis because of 9/11 and missed my birthday. It was the last thing on my mind.

Sources say he has not been held accountable or faced any discipline.
Asked about the behavior, a Department of Corrections spokesperson said the DOC takes “all allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment seriously, regardless of who is involved and any reports or allegations of sexual misconduct are investigated in accordance with DOC policy and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA). Out of concern for the integrity of the investigation and victim privacy, we cannot comment on the specific allegations or potential findings.”
We asked @amyklobuchar, if she’s elected governor, if she will continue Walz’s controversial trans policy allowing men in the women’s prison. Her campaign has not responded.

Hey @CrimeWatchMpls any idea what’s going down in Bloomington? Literally every ER vehicle in Bloomington just went down 98th toward MOA. Employees at Holiday on Nicollet said at least 15 vehicles including the chief went by them. I passed at least 8.

I’m literally having an emotional breakdown right now. I have a meeting tomorrow to put my dad in hospice and my 17 year old cat has lost so much weight. I’m literally just sitting here crying and no one cares. My mom is here but she doesn’t get it. #alone

God dammit!!! I just accidentally let Cooper my cat out and can’t find him anywhere. I’m sitting outside on the step and I can hear a cat crying in the distance but can’t tell where. It sounds like trouble but not a fight. Please come home Cooper. I will sit outside here all nite

I’m pretty sure I just heard bats outside. 3:58am. I’ve never heard this noise and it wasn’t a bird. Very high pitched squeek. I heard it about 10 times but then it moved away until I could no longer hear it. It was definitely from above and not crickets though they are loud.

Please anyone out there, pray for my dad. He fell in his wheelchair off a curb and hit his head real bad. His brain is bleeding and I had to answer the DNR/DNI question. They’ll know if he needs brain surgery tomorrow but he says he doesn’t even want that. I’m sick and shaking.

What really seals the NO F’ing Way anyone should vote for her is her lack of qualifications. She has openly admitted to graduating from the University of Minnesota with a 1.75 GPA, which is a D+ average. In any serious academic environment, a 1.75 is not just bad; it is functionally a warning flag that you are not prepared for the work.
A D is a passing grade in the sense that the university will give you credit for it so you can leave, but it is not a mark of competence. It means she was scraping the absolute bottom of the barrel to get that diploma in child psychology and American Indian studies. Minnesota is sending a woman to the Senate who is proud of nearly flunking out of college for being stupid!
This is the candidate the DFL is offering as a serious legislator? She is a walking argument for merit-based standards in public life. If she cannot manage a 2.0 in a state school, she has no business writing federal law that affects 330 million people.

This spider makes this huge web outside the front door every night. Today he’s go two big bugs caught. He’s fighting with a June bug to wrap it.
The web is always 100% gone by morning. I looked up what happens and apparently the spider eats the whole web about a half hour before sunrise. I hate spiders but I have to admit that’s pretty interesting. #spiders

The spider has now overtaken the beetle , started wrapping him up and moved him to the middle of the web (they were right at the bottom before). Also you can see he’s wrapped up the moth that was on the right. It’s still moving though.
Ew my God there are 5 more June bugs out here on the front steps. It’s the end of July, guys. And you’re gross.
