I've known this for years. And it matches the whistleblower testimony I received as well. This is one of the reasons I've been so adamant that we must get rid of electronic voting machines. This is TRIVIAL for them to have accomplished. Either with SAES Utility to impersonate a real tabulator identity in order to inject votes into the system, and of course duplicate any existing system as a VM (creating a 'CLONE'), and that system can substitute results that look like they came from the original system and there would be no traditional way to determine otherwise). Another very similar concept is to create a voting system that uses multiple databases for different functions, allowing duplicate databases to be created with different information in them, then easilly swapped in and out with a 'pointer'. This is what Dominion Voting System does, and why there are numerous AdjudicableBallotStore and TabulationStore databases for the same elections. (Yes I know exactly where their pointer is! I found it in 2021). This is precisely what Mesa Report 3 documents.
