I have just completed what I believe to be the most comprehensive evaluation of Charlotte NC arrest records in history. This project has taken me 3 months to complete, combing through over 50,000+ arrest records and mugshots. I've found what appears to be massive fraud. Thousands of Hispanics have been labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" in the arrest records... THOUSANDS. In fact, I found over 500 cases where Hispanics who were arrested more than once... had their "Ethnicity" CHANGED from "Hispanic" to "Caucasian" from one arrest to another. Horrifyingly, I found HUNDREDS of these "White Caucasians" were actually ILLEGAL ALIENS from foreign countries with ICE detainers. Perhaps most disturbing... Many of the illegal aliens who were labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" had already been released back into the public, DESPITE the ICE detainer requesting they stay in prison. We have a serious problem.

‼️URGENT: SWEET MELINDA IS NOW RED LISTED AT SAN JACINTO VALLEY SHELTER IN CALIFORNIA‼️ Melinda #A1930405 is an adorable 1 year old Malinois at the San Jacinto, CA shelter. She is about as cute as it gets! Everyone seems to fall in love with her as soon as they see her. Yet, somehow, she has not had any luck finding her family. 📝 Melinda has a very sweet, playful energy about her. But don’t let her adorableness fool you! Her ears are constantly working and she is aware of everything around her. She is extremely smart and I could see her being trained very easily. She didn’t know any commands but by the end of our 30 min., she eagerly sat for a ball or treats! She also tried to break into our container full of toys, no doubt smelling what was in there! Melinda is also great with other dogs. She has been kenneled with a few different dogs and seems extremely tolerant of all types of personalities. One of her current kennel mates is a lot of energy and was jumping on her and biting her neck (playfully), and Melinda took it all in stride.
