Floridians are losing health coverage faster than anyone else in the country thanks to extreme politicians letting ACA tax credits expire. They’ve created a cost-of-living crisis and put health care out of reach for millions.
Every week, I hear from my neighbors who have lost coverage or are being crushed by its high prices—I’m committed to ensuring that health care is affordable and accessible to all who need it. You shouldn’t have to choose between doctors visits and paying your electric bills.

Extreme politicians are ending the Medicare Part D Premium Stabilization initiative early, raising prescription prices for seniors. Life is already expensive enough, and seniors shouldn’t have to choose between their life-saving medications and their groceries.
This week, I introduced the Affordable Premiums for Seniors Act with Rep. Sewell to keep premiums down and provide greater certainty on health care costs for our seniors, who have worked hard for their earned Medicare benefits.

This bill ensures that Big Tech foots the bill for hyper scale data centers—not consumers. Electric bills are already sky-high, and my bipartisan Ratepayer Protection Act is an important first step that can help lower costs for my neighbors and empower states to set additional, strict guardrails.
