Yesterday I had the privilege of briefing the North Atlantic Council and engaging in an excellent series of meetings at NATO Headquarters as part of our consultations for the U.S. Europe Posture Review. This was a chance to hear directly from Secretary General Rutte and his team, key allied representatives, and our USG team at NATO. 1/
