Under Secretary Thomas DiNanno @UnderSecT visited WZE Zielonka to see firsthand the importance of U.S.-Polish defense industrial cooperation on critical sub-components of the Patriot and PAC-3 enterprise. Partnerships between Polish and American industry, including leading companies such as Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, strengthen our shared security, advance interoperability, and deepen the enduring U.S.-Poland defense relationship. .@UnderSecT took part in the signing of a $4 billion Foreign Military Financing (FMF) loan guarantee—an important step in U.S.-Polish security cooperation. Poland’s significant investments in its defense capabilities and the U.S. defense industrial base reflect our shared commitment to security, increased burden sharing, and collective defense. Today’s announcement reaffirms the strength of the U.S.-Poland partnership as we work together to strengthen NATO, deter aggression, and support peace and security in Europe. @UnderSecT wziął udział w podpisaniu umowy dotyczącej gwarancji kredytowej o wartości 4 mld dolarów w ramach programu Foreign Military Financing (FMF) — to ważny krok we współpracy w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa między Stanami Zjednoczonymi a Polską.Znaczące inwestycje Polski w rozwój jej zdolności obronnych oraz amerykańskiej bazy przemysłu obronnego odzwierciedlają nasze wspólne zaangażowanie na rzecz bezpieczeństwa, większego podziału odpowiedzialności i wspólnej obrony. Special thanks to @KosiniakKamysz and @magdasobkowiak for putting together today's signing event for the latest tranche of FMF loans for Poland, bringing the total to $20 billion in recent years. Tadeusz Kosciuszko built ramparts of earth and stone, some of the most critical technologies of the time of the American War for Independence. Together with our increasingly integrated defense industrial bases, we will carry on this legacy and build the advanced capabilities needed to ensure our collective security.
