Not to spoil anything, but there's a plot point in the Broadway play "McNeal" where the title character (played by Robert Downey Jr.) suggests that he used to admire Harvey Weinstein, and it's supposed to be shocking.

1) Every state should be like NY - divorce filings (other than decisions) should be be presumptively sealed from public access.

If the media had any standards at all anymore, this would end his career. This is an ostensibly non-partisan “journalist” all but admitting that he will use his platform to propagate falsehoods so long as they harm Democrats.
This criticism will likely have political legs... especially given the significance of NORTH CAROLINA and GEORGIA on the political map.
