Unprecedented market shakeout.
Years from now, today may be remembered as one of the greatest wealth transfers in history. The last time Bitcoin's RSI reached this level, BTC was trading around $3,000 and marked the exact bear market bottom in 2020.
Make no mistake: this was an institutional-driven selloff. A coordinated liquidation event that shook confidence across the entire market.
What makes this even more remarkable is the timing. Just yesterday, lawmakers announced that the CLARITY Act is ready for a vote, and the White House released language outlining the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, calling for the acquisition and holding of Bitcoin with no sales for 20 years.
I continue to believe we are entering a hyperinflationary environment. Historically, that is when risk assets move into true super-bubble territory. We are sitting at the bottom of the debt and business cycle, potentially on the doorstep of one of the largest speculative expansions in modern history.
This wasn't just a crypto shakeout. It was a broad-based flush across multiple markets designed to force weak hands out of their positions.
For long-term investors, today was the day to do what wins over time: dollar cost average.

I posted this on my facebook wall on June 5. I only have family and friends I know well on Facebook and I post more aggressively about crypto there, urging them to at least dip their toes in, but most of my posts get 0 likes. Hate to see this one go by now and nobody took advantage......
I still feel that record books will show that June 5, will be understood as the largest stealth transfers of wealth in human history.

Candy’s new CEO, @tadtweets, is buying up DC comic supply for a reason, even as the IP partnership comes to an end. That tells me they have a clear plan to utilize the assets already within their ecosystem.
Yes, there may be no more DC drops or DC specific rewards, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be rewards. I’m more than happy to receive rewards from “Other” and “New” categories.
Tad has already articulated his vision for energizing the secondary market. This is an established revenue stream that is ready to go. To me, it’s obvious he plans to rev that motor up.

It's cool to see the @atari @SpiderMan picking up some steam. It still hasn't reached 2021 prices, but looks like it's getting some traction.
Time goes by so fast, I bought most of my sealed Atari games around 2008-2012. I bought them in either open or unopened 6 packs (cases). No kidding the Spider-man, Pac-man and the other Atari games I picked up for $30 or less each. I would take them to @cgagrading get them graded, keep the highest 1 or 2 and sell the rest.
It's a good way to dollar cost average into a collection if you are not rich. Here is a link to my instagram if anyone wants to see some other sealed games I bought over the years for my collection.

NFT volumes are exploding, with blue-chip collections seeing hundreds to thousands of ETH in 7D volume.
Headline NFT sales hit $95–98M, up 155–170% week-over-week.
Overnight, 26 Pudgy Penguins were swept for 113 ETH ($278K), with Pudgy volumes surging +244%.
CryptoPunks and BAYC volumes are also up more than 60% WoW, with two recent hoodie CryptoPunks selling above $250K each.

On-chain trackers (including LookonChain, Spot On Chain, and Arkham Intelligence) reported that wallets linked to @BlackRock crypto products primarily its iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) and iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) acquired approximately 11,098 $BTC valued at around $852 million, along with about 132,769 $ETH (~$316 million), over a roughly 48-hour period ending around August 20–21, 2026. The combined total was about $1.17 billion.
