Fundamentals of liquidity deployment for utility token launches for Solana teams： - Long term team's tokens are locked, their price in 3 months is just as important as in 30 minutes, providing adequate liquidity to protect locked holders is important for momentum and price - Low liquidity tokens have large green candles but also large red ones. Long term teams want conviction holders, these holders want stability, not 30% daily drawdowns. - Team provided liquidity (or the market maker) can be placed strategically to create soft price walls. There are pros and cons to this (there are inherent risks), but during a launch, its the market maker's job to ensure the token survives the price discovery period and its generally worth it to get to the next phase.

We had 50 sign ups, and all 50 people show up to an IRL Defi workshop to teach people how to LP on @solana in Vancouver Canada yesterday. We went literally started with 'what is defi?' and ended with fees printed in 2 hours. By using real life examples to get people nodding along, using @JupiterExchange as a currency exchange @MeteoraAG to become a market maker and @UseUltraLP to gauge their performance was naturally intuitive. We got UX feedback in real time and onboarded people far faster than we thought we could. We were repeatedly asked to continue hosting these events - and we will - this time globally at far larger venues.
