Pretty whatever nerfs the champ is still basically the same in early game, and this will almost never change scenarios in the mid-late game.
She's still a great champ and we should still see her have high presence at worlds. The champ is in a pretty good spot right now.
Ambessa nerfs:
- P on-hit base damage reduced from 5-30 to 5-25
- P on-hit bonus AD ratio reduced from 25% to 20%

Thing about this matchup is
In the past, Cassio main dmg came from E due to Conq
Now Cassio Q is so broken cus of deathfire touch Q spam, and she has access to boots and celerity with passive so mage matchups are much easier than in the past
There was an era when cassio Q was maxed first and thats how it feels like playing vs cassio now
Imo you should always rush t2 boots playing vs Cassio, and play MS shard and Celerity every champ
