Trump is tough to deal with. But Mark Carney should have known that when he made a promise in the election to get a good deal with the U.S. He made the promise. He broke that promise. U.S. tariffs have more than doubled and broadened on Canadian business since Carney took office promising he could “handle Trump." Everything is worse.
