I just got charged $624 and I am trying to DOWNGRADE. This is a small biz who cannot afford an expense like this. We want to stay w/ Wix but website pricing only lets us choose upgrade options. Pls reach out, I鈥檝e been trying to for weeks and cannot get a hold of anyone.

Business avoid using Wix at all costs! Not user friendly, terrible customer service and you can expect your fees to more than double each year. Paid $303 last year and now they are trying to charge me $754 for the same service!
