We spent NINE HOURS stranded in 100°+ heat while your tow dispatches FAILED, then paid $150 ourselves after being DENIED a tow from you!!!

For context: the accident happened at 9:10 AM. We got home at 6:15 PM.
We spent the entire day with Progressive as tow companies accepted the job, made us wait, then canceled or claimed they couldn’t find us.
Her damaged car was sitting in a busy parking lot in a fire lane.

Insane to think that when you have a difference of opinion that you need to tear them down.
It’s pathetic and how bad at sharing your thoughts that another persons opinion, who you don’t even know, affects you so much and you can’t even express that without being an ass/jerk.
How pathetic and bad at your job do you have to be to let news of a person, none of y’all know personally passing, tank the mood/vibes of your show/stream. Your job as a creator is to acknowledge, empathize and then move on/get back to entertaining.
