No sooner did my parents (70+ years old, vets) sign up for @XMoney, then just a few short days later their account got “suspended”. No details on why or what caused it. They appealed, tried to get assistance understanding why and the appeal was denied with no clear explanation or support path. They are now stepping away from X money and don’t expect to reconsider. X has a lot of work to do to win trust of people especially as they add financial services to the platform. @elonmusk @SpaceX @X
